PROMOCIÓN
Se promocionará al segundo curso cuando se hayan superado todas las materias de primero o se tenga evaluación negativa en dos materias como máximo (de las que tendrán que matricularse en segundo).
PERMANENCIA DE UN AÑO MÁS
El alumnado que no promocione a segundo curso deberá permanecer un año más en primero, que deberá cursar de nuevo en su totalidad si el número de materias con evaluación negativa es superior a cuatro.
El alumno que al finalizar el primer curso de Bachillerato haya obtenido una evaluación negativa en tres o cuatro materias podrá, con conocimiento en caso de sus familias, tomar una de las siguientes opciones:
PROMOTION

This option entails the obligation of the pupils to attend class of all the matters of first, with regularity and dedication, and of being object of continuous evaluation of all the matters.
* To register itself of the matters in which negative evaluation has been had. Also it will be able to voluntarily attend other matters that the Direction of the center considers suitable for its formation. The pupils who at the end of the second course had negative evaluation in some matters will be able to register themselves of them without needing again attending the surpassed matters. The students will be able to remain attending Baccalaureate in ordinary regime during four years.
DEGREE
In order to obtain the title of Bachelor the positive evaluation in all the matters of both courses of Baccalaureate will be necessary. The title authorizes for access a:
* The Formative Cycles of Degree Superior.
* The university races, through system of established access legally.
* The Artistic Lessons Superiors, through system of established access legally.
* The Professional Lessons of Plastic Arts and Design of Degree Superior.
* The Sport Lessons of Degree Superior.

Esta opción conlleva la obligación del alumnado de asistir a clase de todas las materias de primero, con regularidad y dedicación, y de ser objeto de evaluación continua de todas las materias.
- Matricularse de las materias en las que se haya tenido evaluación negativa. También podrá cursar voluntariamente otras materias que la Dirección del centro considere adecuadas para su formación.
El alumnado que al término del segundo curso tuviera evaluación negativa en algunas materias podrá matricularse de ellas sin necesidad de cursar de nuevo las materias superadas.
Los alumnos podrán permanecer cursando Bachillerato en régimen ordinario durante cuatro años.
TITULACIÓN
Para obtener el título de Bachiller será necesaria la evaluación positiva en todas las materias de los dos cursos de Bachillerato. El título faculta para el acceso a:
- Los Ciclos Formativos de Grado Superior.
- Las carreras universitarias, a través del sistema de acceso establecido legalmente.
- Las Enseñanzas Artísticas Superiores, a través del sistema de acceso establecido legalmente.
- Las Enseñanzas Profesionales de Artes Plásticas y Diseño de Grado Superior.
- Las Enseñanzas Deportivas de Grado Superior.
